Join our casual class setting with a variety of classes for any size body.

Group fitness will get you moving, strengthen your muscles, increase your flexibility and reinforce your fitness goals.

To ensure personalized attention, maximum class sizes are 4-6 participants.

  • Pilates
    A mind-body matwork course, developed by Joseph Pilates, taught here in a traditional small class setting.  Regular practice strengthens, streamlines and realigns your entire body.
    8 week session

  • Older Adult Strength Training
    Ages 55 and Up
    Strength training classes which emphasize flexibility, range of movement, posture and balance.
    8 week session
  • Stretch & Core Fitness
    Core strengthening exercises, centering breath work, fitness stretches and yoga postures.
